LONDON TRAVEL AND TOURS is a company with 100% Albanian shareholders, founded in 1996. We have partners abroad that ensure our direct access to the world database for accommodation (250.000 hotels, 30.000 apartments villas), flights tickets (all the existing flights from Albania, Kosovo, Monte Negro, Croatia, Macedonia, Greece, as well as from any other location in the world), transfers, and sightseeing tours.

www.rezervo.al is a travel portal that allows customer to reserve flights, hotels, cars, a vacation (tourist package, circuit or charter) online, but also to be able to pay it directly on the internet. The payment system is completely secured, the payment for the services being made to banks from Albania.

Accomodations

Check in / Check out

Hotel check-out
Every hotel has a specific check-out time (typically between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.)

Checking out later in the day
If you want to check out of the hotel later in the day than the hotel’s listed check-out time, call the hotel beforehand to make your request, or you can ask the front desk staff at check-in. Please remember that many hotels charge for a late check-out. For your convenience, the hotel may be able to store your luggage after check-out.

Checking out early by one or more nights
If you check-out earlier than you planned the amount of money for the accommodation left will not be refunded.

What do I need to bring to the hotel to check in?
You will need a passport or an identity card and your accommodation voucher. Some hotels have age restrictions, which differ by hotel and state. If you have questions about the minimum check-in age, please check the hotel details page or call the hotel directly.

You will need a credit or debit card for any incidental expenses such as parking or room service. You will pay for those incidental expenses at the time of check-out. Please be aware that some hotels do not accept debit cards. If you have questions about which cards hotels accept, please call the hotel directly.

Are there additional charges if I bring extra guests to the hotel at the last minute?
The rate you were quoted during booking is determined by the type of room you reserved and by the number of people on your reservation.

If more people attempt to check in than were originally reserved and paid for, the hotel may either not be able to accommodate the additional guests (due to room size and availability), or may charge for a roll-away bed or extra cot. If the hotel is already fully booked, additional guests may need to find another hotel.

If you would like to modify your reservation by adding more people and/or more rooms, please call us, and we will work with the hotel to fulfill your request. Please note that additional rooms and/or room types are subject to availability, and may not be at the same rate as your original booking.

What is the minimum age requirement for hotel check-in?
For most hotels, the primary guest must be at least 18 years of age on the day of check-in. In some countries the minimum age requirement is older, usually 21 or 25 years old.

Will I be charged a night’s stay if I miss my reservation or arrive late?
If you miss your reservation or arrive late, you could be charged a penalty fee by the hotel, depending on their cancellation policy. We recommend that you check the hotel’s cancellation and late arrival policy. Please note: If you fail to notify the hotel about a late arrival, your reservation may be canceled.

What happens with my hotel reservation if the flight will be delayed?
All the reserved hotel rooms will be kept until 5.00 am the next day.

How do I cancel a hotel reservation?
To cancel a reservation, you must provide us with the reason for the cancellation. Depending on the cancellation policy of your booking penalties may be charged. If you change your reservation, please send your request at info@rezervo.al or call us at the above numbers.

If I need to cancel my hotel reservation, will I receive a refund?
Please consult the “Booking Conditions” for details. During booking, we will show explicitly information about retained penalties in case of cancellation or amendment of booking. For any other information please contact us by phone at Info Line.

How do I change a hotel reservation?
If you want to change your reservation, please send your request at info@rezervo.al or call us on the number above.

There is a mistake on my booking. What should I do?
Because of security reasons, it is very important that the name from the reservation to be exactly the same with the name from the identity document. If, by error, at reservation you have misspelled your name you must contact www.rezervo.al at the phone numbers above in order to find solutions to correct the error. The modification of the name is not allowed by the airlines, except for the cases when a letter or two are wrong or two letters are inverted and then a warning message is introduced in the reservation and you can travel without any problem. Some airlines – especially low cost ones – allow the modification of the name requesting charging a specific fee.

How can I find a hotel on the map?
To find the address and location of a hotel, simply search for the desired hotel or location and select a hotel from your search results. Click on the Map box on the left side of the page to show the hotel’s location on a map, as well as distance to nearby points of interest.

To view the locations of all the hotels on a hotel search results page, click View Hotels On a Map in the filtering options bar on the left side of the page. If you have already booked your travel, you can find address information on your voucher.

What is included at an all-inclusive hotel or resort? The All-Inclusive packages contain breakfasts, lunches and dinners, most of the cases in the offers several snacks during the day are included, also locally produced spirits are included, wine, beer, refreshing beverages, mineral and plain water. All these offers are available usually up to certain hours – usually until 23.00 hours. The foreign beverages are not included in these offers.

Guidelines for traveling with pets

Animals in the cabin – the restrictions related to the transport of animals in the cabin vary from one airline to the other. On the moment of plane ticket reservation you must contact www.rezervo.al to make a special application for the animal. For the reservation you must communicate the gross weight cage+animal and the dimensions of the cage. The airline charge special fees for the transport of animals –they are considered baggage surplus and the charge is per kilogram or per baggage, function of the airline’s policy
Animals in the hall – the above information are valid with the observation that there is a strict number of animals allowed in one flight.

Why does the price differ from the last time I checked?
Because we are speaking about an online system in the true sense of the word, the offers are updated permanently from the availability point of view, but also from the price point of view. Besides these types of changes, the prices are displayed in the currency required by the customer and they can fluctuate. That’s why minor daily variations can appear, function of the exchange rates. Although, once you made a reservation, the exchange rate remains constant like on the day of reservation, even if you add other elements to the same reservation. And the most important, the price includes all commissions and fees.

In which currency is the online payment made?
In the currency you desire (EUR or ALL), if you prefer ALL than you will pay the price in EUR at the exchange rate on the date of the payment.

In what currency are the prices displayed on the site?
The prices for all the tourist products from the www.rezervo.al system are displayed in EUR.

What credit/debit cards are accepted?
We accept for payments the cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro. Also the cards type Visa Electron is included.

What happens if I request a refund?
Any refund will be made directly on the credit/debit card you used to pay the reservation. The refunds are made in the conditions strictly stipulated in Reservation terms and conditions.

Which is the circuit of documents?
If you pay online or by bank transfer, after the confirmation of the payment was made for the purchased package, the customer receives on his or her email address the following documents in electronic format:

Can someone else book travel for me?
Yes. A person can make a reservation and pay for another person stay. Instead it is imperative that the data entered in the booking are correct and complete in the fields – “passengers”.

Can I book reservations by phone?
Yes, you can book an instant tourist service (hotel room, flight, vacation, insurance, etc..) and pay later.

How do I make a reservation?
www.rezervo.al is a web site that will allow you to instantly reserve a tourist service (hotel room, plane ticket, sightseeing tour, charter etc.) and to pay online in a few minutes. The displayed offers are available in the moment of accessing; our application interrogates in real time the hotels’ databases.

The steps that you have to do in order to reserve the desired tourist service on www.rezervo.al:
1. You chose the type of tourist service you desire (flights, hotel, cars, etc), you insert the voyage data specific for each tourist service, in the fields of the search form.
2. Browse the results displayed following your search in the system database, according to the criteria selected by you.
3. Select the desired product

Do the holiday offers imply a minimal number of days?
In case the holiday offers are with fix dates of departure and return, they cannot be changed. In case you choose the option to configure by yourself the desired holiday, you can choose the number of desired days, without restrictions. In order to have more offers, it is preferable to choose Saturday as entrance days.

Which is the penalty for the cancellation of a reservation?
Please consult “Reservation conditions” for further details. During the reservation process, the information regarding the penalties for cancellation or modification of reservation will be explicitly displayed. For any other information please contact us at the phone number from Info Line.

Should I confirm the reservation directly at the hotel?
No. The confirmation of reservation printed on the site www.rezervo.al is all you need. Please note that for the hotels indicating “AVAILABLE”, www.rezervo.al has pre-reserved places, and we notify the hotel in your name only 72 hours before your arrival. If you contact the hotel before this period of time, it is possible for the hotel not to have yet your details. For the reservation with status “Confirmation in 48 hours”, we transmit your name in the moment of reservation. You do not have to contact directly the hotel.

Whom should I contact if necessary?
www.rezervo.al has a customer assistance center in Tirana open every day 24 hours a day.

When is the reservation confirmed?
The reservations are confirmed only after the payment. See payment conditions.

What is an electronic voucher?
According to the new European standard, the traveling tickets (vouchers), are issued in electronic format (printed form of all the requested traveling data), ticket that you receive directly by email or from our tourism agents and which you can print on your personal computer.

Online Flight Check-in
We recommend you to check and confirm your flight with the airline at least 24 hours before your departure. Many airlines offer the possibility to make the online check-in where you can confirm the place, check the schedules and print your boarding pass.

How much time before the departure do I have to present myself at the airport for check-in?
If you have luggage and you don’t check-in online, you have to present yourself with around two hours before the departure time.

What do I need to check in for my flight?
AirlinesPrint the itinerary you received in the moment of reservation and payment of the ticket and take it with you to the airport and present it at check-in together with and identity document identity card/passport.

How do I get a boarding pass?
You will receive the boarding pass at the airport when you do the check-in from the counter of the airline or from a ticketing agent of the airline. Many airlines allow you to check in online with maximum 24 hours before the departure and let you list for yourself the boarding pass.

What documents do I need to go through airport security?

In order to pass the security check you need two documents:

• an identity document or passport (as the case may be) which has to be valid
• boarding pass issued by the airline (it can be obtained from the airline office from the airport, or by self-check in the airport at the special apparatus of the company, or online on the airline’s site)

If only the weight of 20kg appears, it means the baggage should not surpass this weight. You must consider the fact that not all plane tickets are refundable and certain airlines charge penalties for the change or for the ticket refund. Only certain low cost airlines allow the transfer of the ticket by modifying of the name and paying a fee.

I have cancelled the flight. Until when can I reschedule my voyage?
You have to check the confirmation of reservation with the rules and restrictions of the cancelled flight. If the tariff allows changes and the ticket is not refundable, you have at disposal 12 months from the moment the ticket was issued (not cancelled) in which you can reschedule your flight paying the fees charged by the airline. The new ticket has got to be with the same company and for the same passenger as the original ticket. For these changes you have to contact www.rezervo.al from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 – 20:00.

How can I cancel a plane ticket/reservation?
If you wish to cancel a plane ticket you have to contact www.rezervo.al between 09-20, from Monday to Sunday. At the cancellation of an already issued plane ticket you have to consider the conditions of tariff. If cancellations are allowed, most of the airlines charge penalties, and rezervo.al does not charge any kind of fees for these transactions.

How can I change the plane ticket?
If you wish to change the plane ticket you have to contact www.rezervo.al between 09-20, from Monday to Sunday. The changes can be of flight, of date and/or destination. The airlines do not allow name changes at a plane ticket. At the change of a plane ticket you have to consider the conditions of tariff. If changes are allowed, most of the airlines charge penalties for the change of date, or in some cases tariff changes, and www.rezervo.al does not charge any kind of fees for these changes.

The Infants are children with age under 2 years and can travel only accompanied by an adult and usually pay around 10% of the price of a ticket without the airport fees of the adult.
The children with ages between 2 and 11 years and 11 months are considered children and have special children tariffs on most of the airlines (except for the special offers where they pay the same tariff as the adults).

Reservation terms and conditions in hotels and apartments.

The system of categorization with stars is used to symbolize the overall quality of services, culinary standards and the amount of facilities available in a certain establishment. The criteria that apply in every country will vary function of the standards imposed by the legislation of the respective country.

1. You and your guests are responsible for any damage caused in the unit where you are accommodated You and your guests must comply with the rules and regulations established by the unit where you are accommodated.
The total number of persons (including infants and children) who stay must not overpass the total number of persons of the room as it is displayed on the site, otherwise it is possible that the access into the reserved rooms will be denied or an additional amount of money will have to be paid.
You and your guests are responsible for the payment of all the supplements that apply for the use of facilities such as: electricity, gases, water, telephone, linens, security and for any other fee charged by the establishment that ensure these facilities for their use. It is possible that you will be asked to pay the value of a deposit in the moment you arrive in a hotel establishment and which, usually, will be paid with a credit card so that this deposit could cover the possible additional fees added during your stay.

5. For accommodation:
A “settlement” period of 24 hours will apply to the reservations (others than the below mentioned ones) made with more than 72 hours before the arrival at the establishment where the accommodation will be made.
This fact will allow the cancellation or change of any element of the reservation in the period of 24 hours after the first confirmation of that element without any fee applied.

1. There will be no 24 hours “settlement” period for the reservations regarding:
Apartments, reserved 0-10 days before the arrival
Other accommodations reserved in periods when there are fairs, exhibitions, major conferences or other major events in that location. This kind of manifestations is mentioned to in these sections as “Special Events”. The customers will be informed in the moment of reservation if there will be a Special Event.

2. For accommodations (others than apartments) during periods without special events: The penalties for cancellations will be applied considering the period of time between the notification of the cancellation and the date of stay at EACH of the establishments from a reservation. See also “cancellation conditions” displayed on every offer.
The change of name or the change of age of a child can be made without penalties. All the changes depend on the availabilities existing in the respective moment. In case the desired changes cannot be confirmed, the details of the original reservation will remain valid.
If you do not get to the establishment where the accommodation takes place on the reserved date or you leave the establishment earlier than the reserved period, than you have the right to cancel or change the reservation only in the moment www.rezervo.al receives from you the notification during the www.rezervo.al working hours. All these cancellations or changes will be paid by you involving as penalty the value of accommodation for the next 24 hours after www.rezervo.al receives the notification. Any cancellation or change notified directly to the hotel or accommodation establishment will not be taken into consideration.
The requests for cancellations or changes must be made by the facilities of your account on www.rezervo.al site or contacting our service of relation with the customers, during the working hours. The reservations that are not changed or cancelled by www.rezervo.al site or our service of relation with the customer can lead to charge of a 100% surcharge from the value of reservation.

The air transports, regardless if they are domestic or international, submit to a set of rules of the air transporters, rules that will also be embedded in these terms and conditions and their acceptance constitutes the contract between the www.rezervo.al reservation system and the traveler. Certain airlines can have a set of other rules, which also are covered by the generally accepted international conventions.

The reservation terms and conditions for plane tickets include, without limiting to, the following activities:

• Place reservations
• Plane ticket issuing
• Payment methods
• Plane ticket prices

Place reservations
The place reservations for airlines are made by the ticketing agents from the tourism agencies, through the ticketing systems.

The place reservations are free and limited to a certain period of time that will be communicated by the ticketing agent.

The place reservations do not constitute an obligation for the involved parties as long as they do not materialize in an issued and paid plane ticket (see the next chapter).

Plane ticket issuing
The plane ticket issuing is the action by which the reservation of a plane ticket materializes in the valid document useful for the voyage by plane.

The passenger has the obligation to check all the information written on the plane ticket in the moment he or she receives it, so that he or she can eliminate any erroneous information that could lead to the loss of voyage possibility.

The rules and issuing tariffs for each plane ticket are presented to you by the ticketing agent in case the issuing is made at the agency office, or are shown to you when you reserve online before the issuing of the plane ticket.

Beginning with the moment the plane ticket was paid (online or directly at the tourist agency) and the passenger has received the plane ticket (by email or directly from the tourism agency) the contract between the passenger and the tourism agency that issued the ticket begins.

The payment of the plane tickets can be made by the following methods:

• Online on website www.rezervo.al by the variants offered by the partners of the reservation system, after the choosing of a flight variant.
• online based on a link sent by the ticketing agent that represents the online reservation system www.rezervo.al
• By POS at the operational headquarters of the online reservation system www.rezervo.al
• Cash at the operational headquarters of the online reservation system www.rezervo.al
• By payment order in one of the accounts placed at disposal by…

Plane ticket prices
The plane ticket prices are composed from a series of tariffs, fees and commissions that are divided between the airlines, airport, ground service providers, the agency that issues the plane ticket. Function of the flight period of time, certain taxes can be included in the plane ticket price, while other services can be considered additional services. For each plane ticket, www.rezervo.al informs the customers and the potential customers about the included services and additional services before issuing the ticket.

In the case of online reservations, the prices displayed on the site are also the prices paid by the customer. There will not be hidden fees extracted from the card. In some situations, function of the type of card or the card’s issuing bank, there can be banking commissions not related to www.rezervo.al and the electronic payments operators.

Plane ticket
The plane ticket is a document or an electronic convention that contains the information necessary for the identification of the traveler and boarding. The ticket can have security elements, which, in most of the cases, can be only a script printed on usual paper. The plane ticket constitutes a convention between the traveler and the airline, case in which the issuing agency is only an intermediary in this connection.

Generally the printing of a plane ticket in case of its loss does not constitute a problem, except for certain situations that will be notified by the agent who issues the ticket. In the moment of receipt of the plane ticket, you will become aware of all the rights and obligations that are incumbent on you as well as on the airlines.

The airline has the right to change schedules; therefore, our agency is not liable for takeoff / landing aircraft at a different time than the one mentioned in the tour program.

Any reservation made on the site www.rezervo.al will be considered your intention to purchase a certain tourist product or service from the tourist services suppliers. If your application will be accepted, you will receive a confirmation by email from us and this contract will enter in force. The terms and conditions of the tourist services suppliers (including the transport rules of the passengers imposed by the airlines) will apply additionally to the terms and Conditions of this site.

You are direct responsible for the observance of the conditions imposed by the Tourist Services Supplier regarding the boarding times, reconfirmation of the flights or any other rules.

In the case of plane ticket it is recommended to reconfirm the reservations with at least 24 hours in advance. The coupons of the plane ticket – for each and every flight – must be used in their successive order – in case this provision is not observed, the airline reserves the right to cancel the ticket in discussion.

If you wish to cancel or change the reserved or acquired service (and this is allowed by the supplier of tourist services) it is your responsibility to inform www.rezervo.al about your intentions.

In the event of a reservation change (cancellations, refunds, name changes, date changes…), www.rezervo.al reserves the right to charge a fee for the penalty that results from this action. This fee differs from the fees charged directly by the Tourist Services Supplier.

www.rezervo.al does not accept any payment manner other than those presented on this site and we do not take any responsibility for any amounts transmitted by couriers.

www.rezervo.al or the Tourist Services Supplier assumes no responsibility to issue tickets, the voucher or other traveling documents in case the payment of the ordered services was not made in full. In any case, you are responsible for the payment of the amounts afferent to the ordered tourist services.

The payment will be made with the main credit cards recognized and presented on the site.
In case your reservation is paid with another person’s card, we reserve the right to ask a written authorization from that person.
All the tariffs and fees can suffer fluctuations due to the modification of the exchange rate.

www.rezervo.al is responsible neither for the users abilities to access or use our site, nor for the failures generated by their lack of abilities. www.rezervo.al does not guarantee that viruses or other actions that can cause deficiencies or losses do not affect the site.
